When our neighbor went into foreclosure two years ago, it devastated the property values for the remaining members of our condo association. So the only remaining neighbor and I each decided to short-sell our respective properties to prevent any further losses. Within 90 days of my first meeting with Sarah, everything had been approved between the buyer and my bank, and the short-sale was completed. Sarah was amazing and kept me informed throughout the potentially nerve-wracking process. She even drove into Boston to meet up with my husband when the bank threw in an additional last-minute signature requirement on the closing day. A full year has now passed and I have moved on, but when I drove by my old house the other day, I saw that my neighbor’s property is still up for sale! I was impressed when Sarah sold my condo so quickly last year, but now that I can see that she accomplished in 3 months what the other realtor still hasn’t done in over a year, I realize that she is a miracle worker! Undecided on the correct way to sell a property I decided it would be cost effective to try and list my home on my own. After several weeks, and no interest from any potential    buyers I was contacted by Sarah MacBurnie at Keller Williams.
